Privacy policy

This policy explains what The Haus Projekt (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and request a call back, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you fill in our call-back form, we collect your name, phone number, property type, interior budget, and, if you add them, the area of Bangalore you live in and details about your project.

When you send the form, our server briefly uses your IP address to block spam and repeated submissions. We don’t store it with your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your details only to call you about your enquiry, understand your home and prepare a proposal. We don’t sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Google. If you reach this site from one of our ads, Google may use cookies to tell us whether the ad led to an enquiry. If we use Google’s enhanced conversions, a hashed (scrambled) version of your phone number may be sent to Google to match your enquiry to an ad click. Google’s handling of this data is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored securely with our cloud database provider, which processes it only on our behalf. We share it with no one else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up on your project. We delete it when it’s no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you’ve shared, or withdraw your consent for us to use them. Call us or write to us at the address below and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
